She took the time to get to know us and our story. • While she doesn’t speak Chinese, she was very knowledgeable and great at incorporating Asian elements. • Very comfortable and experienced with intercultural ceremonies and gave us many great ideas to use during our ceremony. • Excellent communication to make updates to the ceremony until we were 100% happy with it • There was a small spelling error on our ceremonial certificate which Jackie was able to fix on the spot and demonstrated such flexibility on the day.
